Cancellation Policy
If your booking is cancelled anytime up to 48 hours before the date of your arrival a 10% fee
will apply.
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to checking in, or failure to
advise us of your cancellation, 100% of first night accommodation will be charged.
Terms & Conditions
We require a credit card to secure ALL bookings.
GROUPS: A 10% deposit is required on groups or long stay bookings with balance of accommodation paid on arrival. Any extra charges to be paid on check-out with the return of the unit key/s to reception.
Please realise that bookings made after 6pm for the same day requirements, may not have been received at our office by the time you wish to check-in!
